This is complete BS! I am so tired of this brand changing their software and now their name! They have been performing like crap and not paying us as well. Not only are they changing names of the casino but the affiliate program will move as well so guess what folks that means a lot of banners to change for us. I don't have faith that players will be migrated over with our tag either.

Dear Affiliates,

How are you? I hope all of you have started a great New Year!

As I promised you in the past emails there would be great news in 2010 and this is the moment to inform them to all of you.

Please read carefully the next message from Board of Directors and Management Staff:

Dear Affiliates,

In this opportunity we inform you that Gold Rock Casino and Best Pay Affiliates have been rebranded into 21GrandCasino and BestPay Partners respectively.

In terms of brands and websites Gold Rock Casino and Best Pay Affiliates are being disconnected from our services ( http://www.goldrockcasino.com http://www.bestpayaffiliates.net , http://www.bestpayaffiliates.com ) and are not connected to 21GrandCasino ( http://www.21grandcasino.com ) and BestPay Partners ( http://www.bestpaypartners.com ) from this date 19/01/2010 onwards under any circumstance.

The corporate decision of parting from both brands and sites responded to a new direction in marketing and to the vision of the casino and affiliate program´s owners and their new management team.

Please enjoy our new created and serviced casino.

Sincerely,

Although I do think Gold Rock made a mistake from the get go to start with Wizard and it was a good move to change software then, and I do think the rebranding might be a good idea for them since they we don't make any money with them now.

I also think ANOTHER CHANGE for affiliates is complete B.S.!! I was not happy to receive that mail. I decided for now to put it on the backburner. It's too much of a hassle changing everything out anytime a program decides to make drastic changes like this. If they were performing well, I might be more understanding and get right on changing things out. But since they're not, I don't care enough to bother with changing things out.. until I "get around to it".

I hate this stuff..

And I thought I was the only one who felt like that!

It's like when 32Red recently downgraded their affy system to give us even less info than before and forced us to change ALL their banners & links. Took me at least half a day to make all those changes - just so I could get LESS player information!

I agree Gold Rock changing their name is mad - but I guess there's legal reasons why the new owners have to do that. Gold Rock is a much better name than the new tacky one though.

I did OK with them for the first 6-months, but the last 6-months I've had next to zip as my players have collectively won a lot more than they lost!

Explaining What is going on with BestPay Partners and GoldRock Casino

Hello to everyone,
I am Sil Schmidt, BestPay Partners Affiliate Manager.
I know migrations and re-branding are not the best part of being an affiliate, that is why I will explain and answer the unclear points I´ve read in your posts one by one.
Please contact me for further doubts.

Explaining What is going on with BestPay Partners and GoldRock Casino

Dear Streak Gaming,
Hello, I remembered I have called you personally on 07/12/2009 to introduce myself as part of a new management staff in what still Best Pay Affiliates was. I couldn’t even explain you my intentions because you didn’t want to talk to me. Afterwards I tried to contact you by email without success. Right now I am checking your file and there are not pendant unpaid commissions.

I offer you again my help, especially to help you out with our migration.
Feel free to contact me!
Have a good day!

First off Sil you contacted me while I was traveling outside of the country and the rates to talk are obnoxious! If you would have emailed me first and arranged a convenient time I would have been more receptive to your call.

2nd when you took over Gold Rock you never contacted any of the affiliates that had special percent deals with the previous owners, so when I seen I went from 40% to 25%(hahaha what a crock of shit) with NO NOTICE I knew immediately you were not interested in working with your affiliate partners. Trust me at 25% your lucky to have a link on my worst page!!

Just like many other Rivals out there your performance is terrible! I cannot understand how we affiliates have gone from making hundreds of dollars a month to not enough money to buy a tank of gas now days!

Now as far as payments go please look again although very small amounts you do owe us for..

This maybe a somewhat facile post, so forgive me if you think it is, but, I never promote casinos with rubbish names.

To my mind, it's a credibility thing. If you have an online casino called 'we-couldnt-find-a-better-domain-name-than-this-casino.com' then that, to me, is an immediate red flag. I suspect it is with players also.

This is something that has served me well over the years. I'd never promote a casino called Gold Rock Casino nor one called 21 Grand Casino.
