Hi what are my steps here. So is it just tough luck and earnings lost? We are talking a small amount but still I want my money for all the work I did for them :(

Dear xxxxxxxxxxxx,

As I am sure you are aware the Gold Luck Casino website is now closed and it is with regret that this venture has not been successful. The company, Golden Boys Bet Ltd, which ran the Gold Luck Casino unfortunately had its funding withdrawn by its shareholders which left it in financial difficulty. Since the website closure the creditors, including EGame, have been negotiated with to enable some of the outstanding liabilities to be paid.

We are aware that you had a contractual relationship with EGame for the provision of affiliate services for the Gold Luck Casino site and are owed GBP xxxxxxxxxx in commissions for the services delivered. Unfortunately with the present creditor totals Golden Boys Bet Ltd will not be able to pay for the commissions owed.

Please accept our apologies that you have suffered as a result of this.

Your Sincerely,

Golden Boys Bet Ltd

Depends on what country they are in, whether you are owed money by Golden Boys Bet Ltd or by eGame, whether there is going to be a proper liquidation. It sounds like there is administration going on and it also sounds like your relationship is with eGame. You could find out whether eGame are going to continue and if so, I would invoice them for the full amount owed. Most likely though, you are going to be out of luck.

I agree, it's worth a shot!
Nothing ventured, nothing gained and who knows, you might get paid with all this confusion, going on there, right now!

Worth a shot, I agree. I'm guessing it will be a tough road to payment, though.

Glad I never worked with them, despite being asked.
The stupid name was the biggest reason I didn't sign-up.

Got approached to promote Win Trillions Casino yesterday - even stupider name, so I told them to "go away". :p

I hope you haven't lost too much money.
I've got about 30 bad debtors on my list - but none are more than $300.

This was the email received on 22/5

The Cyber Club Casino brand has effective immediately, terminated its license agreement with its Isle of Man gaming platform and license supplier GBB Ltd due to serious issues with its gaming platform and business operations. All affiliates are requested to immediately remove all links to the Cyber Club Casino and Cyber Club Affiliates websites.

The commissions due to all affiliates at this time will be honoured and paid through the Affiliate365 management company, with the Cyber Club Affiliate Program now being migrated to the Advertising365.com network, where affiliates can chose from a selection of gaming, binary, forex and retail brands to market.

When Cyber Club Casino relaunches on a new platform, all your player referrals will continue to be tracked and commission revenues will be credited to your account.

Please bear with us during this migration process and we will endevour to keep you all informed of developments. If you wish to make a complaint against GBB Ltd (The operators and license holders of Cyber Club) please direct them to the Isle of Man Gaming Supervision Commission ( www.gov.im/gambling/contactus.xml )
