We deposited $26 / 0.00063 BTC via BTC and took a welcome bonus of 665% up to $3325.

Our funds with the welcome offer were $198.90 and we started playing some slots.

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:

For the deposit of $26 our commission was $11.70
Since we have a 45% deal the NGR is $26

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 26 /26 = 100%.

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:

• 25% = 25 %
• 30% = 30 %
• 35% = 35 %
• 40% = 40 %
• 45% = 45 %

The name isn't the best, surely they could come up with a better brand. However, besides that, least this is a program who is not stealing from their affiliates with inflated RS %.

Sod's law - a player I referred back in 2015 has now started dumping HUGE amounts and I am owed many $1000's

I'm sorry I didn't come back sooner - I missed your previous post

I did get in touch with "Jaun Arias" on Skype and he did respond (with very short sentences)
First we agreed to meet in person at SiGMA - but when I messaged him from there, he said that he was not there despite saying he would be.
So after SiGMA I continued the conversation on Skype.

But as soon as he realised that I wanted to get paid the $3,837 commission I am due, he basically ignored all my questions
Follow up requests from me also went unanswered, even though Skype shows he has been online (including today).

So I guess I will never see my earnings...

One was just yesterday - and even though Skype says he is active right at this very minute, he still continues to ignore me

@MissExposé - you reached out to the program on 10'th Nov 2022. It's now 23'rd Feb, and even though @KasinoKing has managed to gain responses, there are many, many broken promises from this program's AM etc. I think it's about time these clowns were shown the Doghouse.

Doing that seems to strongly motivate some programs to pull their finger out and stop playing games.

KK is owed many thousands and he still has not be paid. Time of words are over. Time for action. Time to throw this clip joint into the Rogue Pit.

Even if their system tracks the share correctly, willing to pay is a different question. This was the only affiliate program of the notorious Rival Brands that always paid me promptly, but after a while it happened there as well, that they did not send the comission. For me they replied, I don't remember now what was the reason they claimed, maybe that they sent it when in fact not. In the end after an ordeal they paid, but since then no earning reflected on my account. Since my debate with them my decade long earning session simply ended there, 0% comission since then.

Actually I found my case:

My Skrill email had been stored in their system for about a decade after my registration, when suddenly they sent the comission to my contact email, not my Skrill email. And I had no luck contacting them to delete the transaction and resend it to the Skrill account on file.

Since this case in 2020, I saw no earnings with them, whereas for a decade I had been earning constantly.

@Tupee - screen capture clearly shows an actual Rival Rep, acknowledging the non-payment. I'm not a fan of Rival, but in this case it seems the cogs were working that side. Where this seems to go astray, as it always seems to with these Rival White Labels, is the WL operator themselves.

Personally, Rival should step in and order and force GoldenLady Casino/Affiliates (their sub-licensee), to pay up or risk having their Rival license cancelled. I mean it's pretty clear cut evidence that affiliates are not being paid what is owed them.

Hence, theft of affiliate earnings. @MissExposé - do you guys have a direct contact with someone in upper management at Rival? If so, might be worth firing off an email to them, to direct them to this thread
