Good Mobile Program to Promote

Hi all !
Can anyone suggest a good mobile program to promote 100% mobile all devices compatible ie iPad, iPhone, Android etc, converts well, one that pays on time with friendly terms, not asking much am i ? (not looking for UK & USA market programs as I currently use Slotland for USA market and Virgin for UK & have been very happy with these guys),
