Although the affiliate payment process for October accruals was initiated without problems in the middle of November, some payments could not be processed yet due to issues with our payment system. We are currently performing payments manually but this has resulted in delays with the payments for all affiliates. We are working constantly to fix system problems ASAP and we are hoping that we will be able to complete all payments very soon.
