How to DM members here?

Yes, new members don't have the option to send DMs but can reply on the DMs received.

This is definitely a strange rule. Maybe you should consider changing it or lowering the post threshold. I joined the forum 6 years ago and still a New Member Granted, I hadn't been too active, but still.
