How did everyone do last month?

I had an unusually bad month. November was the 3rd month in a row where I earned less than the previous month. Earnings were down 66% compared to a few months ago -- in November I earned only 1/3 of what I made in August. It's the steepest decline I've ever experienced as an affiliate. I'm shitting myself just thinking about how bad December will be if the downward trend continues at the same rate.

US deposits were few and far between thanks to processing difficulties. Hopefully this will be fixed soon -- if not, the coming months are going to get really bumpy for a lot of people....

Non-US casinos performed about average. A few big winners hurt my earnings at a couple of places, but the conversion rates weren't way down like they were with US facing programs.

Hopefully December will be a better month! 8)

Are you serious Arkyt? If you spent half as much time on your websites as you spend spreading resentment, hatred and vitriol around the forums you'd be earning twice as much.

You seem to think it's you against the world when from here it looks like it's you against yourself. Why don't you just take some of that resentment and re-channel it into your own business and stop turning on other people because from here it looks like you're using the moral crusader excuse to basically hurt anyone who has something you can't get. Spend a bit of time on SEO or something - even the basics are missing from your sites (go with 'canonicalisation' and get rid of the dupe content issue for a start!).

And if all that's impossible, can't you just go about destroying everyone quietly without having to post your 'World vs Arkyt' conspiracy theories on the forum? It's not only detracting from what AGD is all about IMO but also creating rifts within the community that do no-one any good.

Actually he makes a very valid point.

Anyhow as for November. Down on last month. But this was in the main down to winners. Great start to December though, but that is down to the winners in November, losing .

November was mediocre to say the least. On the casino side of things, it was sluggish - only brought in about 10 new players - and on the sports betting side of things, people were inconsiderate enough to actually win. So, not a great month, but nothing particularly to be concerned about.

October was our highest revenue month ever but November is about 15% down from our average earnings .We did have a couple large winners this month which was the main reason we were down but they are spending it back today!

This month was consistant as the past few months (which is down about 50% from last year) except for a additional payment of $3,500 that I can't track in my stats so I'm not sure how I made it, but happy to have gotten it. My only thought is that if they gave me that much whats to say I should not have gotten more?

It's another reminder of just how much we are at the programs mercy and have to trust what they show us via the stats. Back in the day I was cool with that, but I'm not so comfortable about it anymore. I guess nothing can be done about it though so why stress over it.

Compared to October this month was a disaster, down almost 50% !
Considering October was my best month ever and I wasn't really working on my sites during November, it's still a nice amount of money ;-)
Therefore I can not complain!
I think, December is going to be much better due to X-Mas promotions.

This seems to be a recurring theme here, tons of winners....

I think you may have misunderstood "canonicalisation".

Many hundreds and thousands of websites are potentially damaging their ranking abilities by failing to avoid canonicalisation of their websites url.
Canonicalisation occurs when a website is able to be accessed via both www.website.com and website.com, in severe cases this can cause the search engines to effectively index 2 identical copies of your site, and then whilst its unlikely your website will attract any duplicate content penalties, its simply not good practice, effectively you are forcing the search engines to choose which page is most relevant, and often they may choose the wrong URL.
Here are a couple of examples of websites:
http://bbc.co.uk - Note the BBC url, correctly redirects you to BBC - Homepage
http://dailyecho.co.uk / www.dailyecho.co.uk - The Daily Echo on the other hand have both urls accessible and indexed by the search engine.

Most my sites already follow the practice of forwarding .domain to the www. location! Further, it really doesnt matter much unless you have hundreds of links pointing to multiple locations - enough to make a noticeable difference.

I know exactly why Simmo showed up to slam me and it wasn't to provide me with any design tips!
