I really prefer not brand battle with you or go down this road with someone over whose license is bigger as I am here to make partners and do some business and answer any queries. As I can see you are with your own casino. But I will address it as this is a public forum.

I have seen these posts around concerning the licensing and have concluded its nothing more than a keyword content SEO trick by the sites using it and a grudge by others. I appreciate you took the time to make the post. however, I assure you it is legit and used by many casinos around the world. But not to worry we are in the process of two other licenses but I am sure you understand it takes up to a year to finish the process as you already have one of the licenses yourself.

I would say that nothing in regards to your post was ever proven. Curacao (formerly known as the Netherlands Antilles). It's one of the oldest running online gambling regulators and as such is a fairly well-known e-gaming regulator. They may not be liked as they do not bend to every whim of many forums out there. But its true.

Any casino that displays the Curacao eGaming license on its website has been through the initial investigation process and is regularly audited by Curacao authorities. Also a fact.

A web of offshore companies with trusts as a director doesn't answer my question who are the owners and what's their track record.

Also, it seems you do not know how things are working in Curacao. Curacao eGaming is not the government, neither a government authority. Neither is one of the other master license holders over there, although they have misleading names. Curacao isn't regulating either. Casinos can operate under an IP license because of some holes in the law.

I doubt if it has any value in any country. It doesn't even have in its own country, because you're not allowed to offer games of chance to residents of Curacao with this "license".

This is our license at the moment. Until the others are finalized. I am not here to discuss everyone's preference in licensing or the legalities of each countries licensing. I am more than happy to discus how we pay on GGR vs NGR and what that means to the affiliate. Or the fact that we don't charge our players any fees for any of their transactions. Or the fact we have never had a complaint for our affiliate department due to our transparency and the fact our affiliates have been in the business many years and understand affiliate needs.

I am here to meet new people, make new friends, Partners and increase cooperation.

I know lots of programs do this nowadays and think it makes them look good but it turns me off as an affiliate. Why would I want to refer someone to a site that advertises my competitors?

On the other hand, I have been offered the same but I am not interested in vouching for anyone's casino by putting my logo on their site. I have no control over their business practices and cannot stop them from going rogue or ripping someone off and I want to retain the right to blacklist them without looking like a hypocrite. Though I'm sure for the sites you refer to they could not care less and such things are not even considered, it is all about just getting a link back.

I'm not trying to start a fight or anything, just thought it could be something you might want to consider if you're pitching for new affiliates.

Referring to our back-linking and and our testimonials. Yes we allow it as many partnerships do these days. However, this should in no way effect a good partnership with myself and the affiliates working hard together to promote our brand. And we are working with some great affiliates and advertisers. I have good relations with all and a few for some 13 years. I am here to make some more. I have great respect for AGD and have for many years. Some of the best affiliates I know are here.

We have worked hard over the last year creating some amazing partnerships. The facts speak for themselves.

We have great conversion, We pay on time, no negative carry-over, no bundling and we pay on GGR. And we are available 24/7 to our partners.

My only sales pitch to you would be, if you have good traffic, we have good retention for you to earn for a long time to come.
