ICE 2019

I made a day of it yesterday and attended the ICE. Not a big fan of London, so did everything I wanted to do in the one day. Also attending the Casinomeister Meet in the early evening.

What's the reason you're a bigger fan of ICE than LAC?

It's a really good event for arranging meetings, without getting constantly harassed. Plus my really close friends in the industry always seem to be around during the ICE. Plus one day in London is more than enough for me.

I have the impression each year fewer people are visiting LAC. I've heard quite some brands with a booth complaining about it.

I like ICE and I like to meet people from the industry (colleagues, brands I work with) during and around the LAC event.

The event itself is a shitshow. But useful to spot programs you will never ever work with. I am always surprised that some affiliate managers that are annoying by mail or at Skype are even more annoying IRL.
