We have received the following announcement:
"This message is being sent to all our partners.
As you may know, Casino Universe has been up for sale for over a year, and we have been waiting for a final agreement to be signed for months.
Unfortunately, we have now received the news that the Due Diligence process was not accepted, leading the buyer to withdraw from the purchase of our casino.
Other reason for not try again was the ongoing trend of many casinos leaving the MGA license. The buyers reacted to this, especially since several major casinos operating on the same platform shut down last months, which I believe was a key factor in their decision.
We do not have the financial strength to continue operations, so after a long discussion, we have decided to shut down Casino Universe as of March 1st.
The website will remain online to allow players to process withdrawals for one month, but we advise you to remove our casino from your lists, players will no longer be able to register or play.
It's a disappointing outcome, but unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do as the company lacks the funds to continue operations.
I understand that there will be questions, and I will address them next week. Right now, our focus is on shutting down the casino.
