Insider Trading Suspicions for LeoVegas

Because of the bid made in May this year, LeoVegas’ share rapidly rose on the stock exchange market, warning signs appeared due to some stock purchases made before the bid.

During this summer, LeoVegas headquarters in Stockholm were raided by the Ecocrime Authority, and the company announced they are cooperating with the authorities. In the latest raid, three men got arrested because of the suspicion of insider trading.
