Intense Affiliates - not paying - RESOLVED

Hey everyone. I'm quite new to affiliate business and never had such problem before, but I'd like to share with you all that Intense Affiliates doesn't care to pay commission.

I've seen there was another topic posted about them not so long ago. I am pretty much experiencing the same issue; roughly 2 weeks ago Mike (Skype live:mikemessina_4) has added me and said that he's my new manager. At the beginning communication was very good; he asked me to confirm payment details so they can pay commission for September. After providing all details, I have also pointed out that they didn't pay commission for August even though in partners program it is shown as paid - he replied that they will check this for me and if there will be no proof of payment available they will pay both commissions at the same time. After that, our chat pretty much ended. For 10+ days I've got no reply.

Maybe the team behind Intense Affiliates/Casino has changed, but my previous manager Anastasia was available 24/7 and I had no complaints at all.​

@MissExposé Today I have received a reply from Anastasia and Mike. I was told that they will pay my commission on next week. We'll see how it goes.

Hi!
I have the same problem.
live:mikemessina_4 doesn`t what to give me an answer
In PP there are paid periods, but we don`t have any payments.
Our manager isn`t getting in touch and we are very concerned

Hello everyone, I have encountered a problem of non-payment since December 2022, with Mike I have always had a good relationship and with Anantassia too and now after multiple requests no one responds, both on Skype and by email, thanking you for your help because it's getting complicated.
