Iowa has finally legalized sports betting:

Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds has signed off on a bill that legalises sports betting in the US state.
Iowa becomes the third state this month to legalise sports betting, following in the footsteps of Indiana and Montana.

It is getting to be difficult to keep up with all the states rushing in to allow sports betting. West Virginia, Montana, Tennessee and now Iowa. All in the last 5 weeks or so are rushing into sports betting, both live at brick and mortar locations and online. Some also considering online casinos and online poker.

I think this is a sign of both a system with too much money printing going on, and too much government debt that needs to be paid (but never will be, at least not with equivalent money, but only with debased inflated future currency).

Still though, we as gambling affiliates must ride the wave! And I must get someone on our team to write a news article! Thanks for the heads up on the Iowa sports betting law changes, I almost missed them!

I think this is a sign of both a system with too much money printing going on, and too much government debt that needs to be paid (but never will be, at least not with equivalent money, but only with debased inflated future currency).

Since the UIGEA (Oct 2006), even though online gambling venues were outlawed, entities were willing to run the gauntlet, giving USA citizens places to gamble online. You can't stop progress. Besides, history proves prohibition doesn't work.

With current economic climates, most debts growing larger each year. Online gambling is a good tax-grab in anyone's language.

Can only hope Australia sees the error of its way, and makes the sensible decision, to reverse their stupid laws too.
