hey guys im new to this Forum, its a great site.

i have and operate my own casino affiliate site,

my question is.

Are we entitled to ask for the details of our depositing players once we send them to the casino brands? after all there our players to begin with.

as i asked to see details on my players and i was told this would not be possible.

All i wanted to know is which of my players deposited

Thanks

I don't think any programs will give you personal details of players (e.g. Names or E-mail addresses).
If they did, it would be a beach of confidentiality between the player & the casino and could lead to all sorts of underhand spamming tactics by unscrupulous affiliates.

If a player approaches you and says "I signed up through your link and need help/advice" that would be a different situation.

KK is correct. No casino would risk security measures and private information to provide this detail to you. The only way you will know this information is if you have a previous relationship with a player and forward them, knowingly, to a casino.

Some of the aff stats do let you see which player deposited how much and played what - but the actual identity of the player remains confidential. Some have numbers, some have first names etc.

These stats can be very helpful in deciding what type of promos to offer on your site, since yuou now know which of the games are preferred by your visitors.

Some poker rooms actually show the username of the player, which you can sometimes use to contact the player through the poker room software.

Absolute Poker and UB (Cereus Network) is a good example of this. Raked hands and deposit amount count was once deducted from one of my player so obviously I was curious. Aff Manager said they can't tell me the reason why this happened or give me any examples when this standard procedure is being followed (erasing stats), but I was recommended to contact the player through the poker room itself by looking him up by the username.
