Hi,
I have been working as an affiliate for 3 years now and I have been promoting about 400 casino brands over this time.
During this time I have had the opportunity to work with several brands that are using the MyAffiliates platform. Overall, I like the platform...it's user-friendly and easy to use....it gets the job done.
However, over the years I have experienced more than 10+ times that the tracked data is missing on the last day of the month. I always have to reach out to the affiliate managers to get this sorted out. Kind of frustrating...
This should be an easy fix, but I'm starting to think it's a built-in "issue" on purpose. Im pretty sure many affiliates never noticed this kind of things and are simply missing out on huge profits that are ending up in someone else pocket.
So my recommendations to all fellow affiliates.
- If you are promoting a brand that is using the MyAffiliates platform, please double check all the data you have, especially the last date of the month.
- Make sure to check the activity on the dates. Numerous times there are missing data witch means missing commissions!
It would be interesting to see if other affiliates are facing the same issue, since I have seen it 10+ times, and Im pretty sure it's not an issue tageted at me.
Take care guys and make sure you get paid for what you are doing!
Cheers!
