Jackpot Frenzy - Unpaid Commission and Closed Account!

Our cooperation with Jackpot Frenzy started back in April when we signed an IO listing all details of our agreement. Late April the affiliate manager approached us and asked if we can pause some of the publishers - which was paused immediately. One publisher remained active as per the request of the advertiser. Traffic was still being sent to them as they assured us that they will pay the full amount, even though from our end we have asked if traffic should be paused or not. Beginning of May, when the invoice was supposed to be sent to them, the advertiser informed us that they will not be paying for the traffic, although all parameters that were part of the IO were fulfilled by us when it comes to what qualifies a player. Furthermore, they claimed that fraud happened without providing any proof for that matter. We were told that reports will be sent to us with proof of fraud, but that didn't happen. In the end, we provided 160+ players, and we were offered only about 10% of the total amount. After the offer was declined, our account has been closed and no the advertiser said that no payment will be made to us.

Unfortunately because of so many dodgy-affiliates arriving at AGD, and posting BS (lies), words are very cheap around here, especially with new-members, util such time as they build trust.

You have a IO (insertion order), might be wise to post that as proof. Guessing it's CPA?!

With Yep Ads being in the affiliate marketing industry for 15+ years now, the credibility is something that is already proven and recognized globally.
IO can't be posted here as it's a legal document that is not public.
I am posting this here so other affiliates don't get burned the same way that we did. Furthermore, we already know that this case will be taken to court and know that Affiliate Guard dog will most likely be unable to resolve this.

A GLOBAL brand of 15+ years, seeking assistance from a "free affiliate forum", for an overdue account. Something smells here. Anyone of your claimed status quo, would have their own legals, or at least use legal council.

Go pay them to get you paid...

Or is that not an option because something is suspect, and player-fraud is a possibility.

There is no smug attitude, not sure where you saw it.
As I mentioned in my last message, not seeking assistance, as this case will be taken to court. Rather posting it as to raise awareness regarding the operator
