Chasing a good affiliate program which can cater for users from the US and are open to deals but very reliable with payment.

I am new to this industry. It is definitely an eye opener.

My top three suggestions would be:
Refilliates: 5 Rival powered casinos - pay players and affiliates FAST!
DeckMedia: 2 Rival, 2 RTG, 3 Top Game & 1 WGS casinos (all take USA players) - not quite a fast as Refilliates, but very close!
FastTrack (Raging Bull Casino): Also have another RTG casino & a new casino expected soon. Great reputation and popular with players.

Just be aware they have the dreaded Negative Carry-Over! (NCO)
OK if you have pretty large volumes of players, otherwise just one lucky winner can put one of their brands in the red for months, or even years!
e.g. I have been in the red with High Noon casino since October 2012... I did go into the black just for one month (March 2014) when I earned $8.57 - but then it went back into the red where it's stayed ever since.

That is why I gave you those 3 recommendations above - none of them have NCO.

I only promote USA online casinos and I would recommend Affiliate Edge, BetOnline (commision.bz) MainStreet, Deckmedia, Slotland and Betting Partners in that order. Affiliate Edge always pay on time and quickly and are god to negotiate with. If you need any affiliate links let me know.

Well I don't know what you were looking at, but Refilliates definitely DO take USA players!

I have done very well with AffiliateEdge, as they where one of the first programs I signed up with. But KK is correct, the neg. carryover can really cut into your earnings at times.. That said, IMO they are almost a must if you want a list of great casinos that accept US players.

BettingPartners are also one of my fav. but I wouldn't sign up with a small amount of traffic as I believe bovada has a minimum player quota.

The rest of the programs mentioned are also great programs to promote. Keep your list somewhat small when starting out.. It will make life easier in the long run..
