KSA conducted a probe in partnership with Financial Intelligence Unit and discovered that many online gambling providers were only checking source of funds for certain customers, the ones whos deposits were €2,500 ($2,635), which is the average net monthly salary in the Netherlands. The regulator also critisized online gambling providers for often failing to report suspicious transactions, this is mandatory for all operators holding Dutch iGaming License.
