King Billy Affiliates T&Cs update - new admin fee

We received the following email about the update of admin fee:

"Dear Affiliate,

We would like to inform you that, starting from February 01, 2021, the King Billy Affiliates Admin Fee will be adjusted to 35%.

Please note the new formula for calculating your commission (also to be found in our King Billy Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions 1.11):

“Commission” means the percentage of the Net Gaming Revenue (Rev. share structure) calculated by the formula: (Bets – Winnings – Bonuses – Chargebacks) -35% Admin Fee, either, where applicable, a fixed amount for a New Customer (CPA structure) as set out in the Commission Structures, or a combination of 2 commission structures (CPA + Rev. share).

In case you need any help, the King Billy Affiliate Department will be at your services, in the blink of an eye, as always!

Reiterating my other >>> King Billie Affiliate Program, Admin Fee Scam <<< post.

King Billie will royally shaft you, with, their 35% Affiliate Admin Fee. Hiding why the (retroactive) increase is taking place, isn't honest or ethical.

These crooks and any other program who follows suit, it should be made mandatory, they get rogued and thrown in the Doghouse!

Taking sponsorship dollars from a program who literally is shafting their affiliates, doesn't seem very fair to me.

How exactly is this: Protecting Affiliates Interests? (AGD logo statement).

We have contacted King Billy Affiliates about this, Ruslan from King Billy has assured us that they will be/have been contacting each affiliate individually to set up a new rev share deal from 1 Feb 2021 to ensure the admin fee stays the same as before.

Example a 45% deal with 25% admin fee would become a 52% deal with 35% admin fee.

Please get in contact with your affiliate manager to discuss your new deal.

At least they inform you about this insane increase of their admin fee.

So many programs that increase their free but simply do not inform affiliates.

At least AGD did something.
GPWA as usual did nothing.

Existing affiliates will be satisfied and quiet.
If I am honest, I believe, that fix for existing affiliates would not have happened, if the public outrage here and somewhere else would not be so huge.

What remains is the Kafkaesque situation, that future affiliates will get the short end of the stick and suffer the full force of the 35 % admin fee.

This reputation damage hardly can be repaired.
