Just a quick praise to you guys for making payments so quickly and smoothly. Received the Feb 2016 invoice last night and sent it to Marc. An hour or so ago, commission was in Neteller.

Why can't every program run this smoothly. Clearly it's not impossible

We believe paying as early as possible makes a huge difference to affiliates and goes a long way to establishing confidence in our program.

It means we have to work late into the night on the 1st, and early in the morning on the 2nd, but it is certainly possible for anyone who cares enough about their affiliates and their reputation

Only just seen this thread but top marks for these guys. More than a year on from the OP and every month they are bang one of the first to pay. This is how it should be!

As a former affiliate I remember all to well what it was like to have to chase after your earnings. It led to a lack of trust and sucked up a lot of valuable time. So, when the time came to build and run an affiliate program I made sure that one of our cornerstones was to invoice on the 2nd of the month and then send all payments out either that same day (NETeller/Moneybookers) or the 3rd at the latest (all wires).

It's a lot of work on our side, especially when you grow as we have, but it can be done and it's worth the effort. Thanks very much for the post, Matt, it's much appreciated!

Most AM's et al, have no experience from our side of the fence. I'm glad your one (1) of the few who have Marc. Agree with Matt, Fullcreamaffiliates is still a brand I trust, and am happy to work with!

I work mainly with MGS casinos, never understood why most drag their feet. Surely it can't take 10 working days or more to pay .

The only exception to that rule is Rewards Affiliates. They pay well before before their 7'th day T&C's rule.

This is how it should be. I can wait a few days. Also a few weeks, but usually it's not a good sign if brands are struggling to pay on time. Full Cream pays on time every month and they pay really fast. Thumbs up!
