Ladbrokes - are there any operators who are more inept?

I got contacted by my "New Affy Manager" early in June - and I wrote a VERY long e-mail fully explaining my issues with their program. I was promised a reply - but of course, none came.

Then today I got an e-mail from the SAME guy.
This is his e-mail & my reply...

Hi Mark,

I just wanted to take this opportunity of introducing myself as your new account manager here at Ladbrokes.

I’ve been in the industry for 3 years so I’d like to think you’re in safe hands, I wanted to discuss whether we could take increased exposure and to find out a little bit more about how you currently drive traffic.

Please let me know if you need any support and looking forward to working with you.

What Again?

You already introduced yourself on June 10th, when I spelled out all my issues to you, and you promised to get back to me – but didn’t of course.

Yet more proof (not that any was really needed) that Ladbrokes really do not give a flying toss about their affiliates and are totally incompetent, inept and uncaring.
It’s obvious that to Ladbrokes, affiliates are about as important as having a whitehead on your arse.
But no worries - give it a big squeeze and it will be gone!

Try writing shorter emails to your AM & say you are going to promote them more, i bet you get a prompt reply next time (or maybe not now you outed them KK) ....mostly these mega casino programs are big on BS & that's it, big front at all the junket conferences & no support at all in real life.

I was planning to promote Ladbrokes Casino again until my affiliate account was frozen a few months ago. Statistics have not been working at all since then and on top of this their negative carry over policy was implemented on the old "lifetime" revenue share agreement.

So what will happen next in light of the recent Coral takeover? One could only expect things to get worse by the day, even though I am unsure how this could still be possible. After all this is what affiliates are be used to by now since the creation of Score a few years ago.

Nevertheless, the casino is still doing an outstanding job but unfortunately the affiliate program does not keep up to that level in any aspect.

Got another e-mail yesterday from ANOTHER Ladbrokes affiliate manager saying he had seen my rant about Sky Vegas on another forum, and suggesting I might like to replace Sky with Ladbrokes on my sites...
I'm sure you can imagine how I felt about that!

This was my very restrained reply:
"Hi Doran,

Thanks for putting a smile on my face first thing in the morning – I like comedians!

I faithfully promoted Ladbrokes all over my websites for NINE years – there were more Ladbrokes adverts than ANY other casino I list and I was making a decent income from you.

Then in February 2014, your people stabbed me in the back – not quite as badly as Sky Vegas – but pretty close.
I tried to work on under duress, but finally gave up and dumped your joke of an affy program in July 2015.
I have spoken to several people at Lads since and they ALL promised to look into my issue and they ALL never got back to me.
Bottom line is, that Ladbrokes don’t give a flying toss about their smaller affiliates – they are only interested in the big bucks.

Fine – I don’t need immoral programs like yours who keep retroactively chopping and changing AGREED deals – I’ll stick with the honest and reputable brands thanks.

I know I’m wasting my time writing this – but it has to be said that you are working for a bunch of ass-holes.

If you want to talk about difficulty with the program, you should ask their US affiliates.
