Yes, I have NOT had mine either.

But since they have gone over to "the dark side" (Playtech) AND changed from a superb to a totally crap affiliate back-end, nothing surprises me with them any more. :(
On the new affy system I can't even find any menu where it shows my current payment method - so I can't even check to see if they carried it across correctly.

Another thing was, I checked my November earnings on Dec 1st, but when I checked again a week later it had gone down by £19.
I hate it when things change after month end.

Nothing since November. These guys are capitulating. Surprised there aren't more affiliates on here complaining about it. Then again, most probably ditched Ladbrokes when it moved off shore.

I can report that I did get paid by Ladbrokes on December-23rd. (UK bank wire)
(I only found out yesterday due to travelling / Christmas / partying etc... ;))

As I have already stated in another thread, it's SOOO frustrating what Lads have chosen to do with their casino software and affy back end; after promoting them since 2006 and sending 100's of players there, I was FINALLY starting to see decent results with them this year - but now they have totally shot themselves in the foot and their remaining affiliates in the back.
Grrrrrrr!

No payment for me from Ladbrokes for November revenue and they've told me I won't get it until at least next month.

I have still not been paid by Ladbrokes for November 2013 revenue, despite my affiliate rep (Saar) indicating that I'd be paid today. Now he's referring to Ladbrokes' 'payment cycles' which I don't much care for when I'm waiting for a late payment.

Amen to that. I love it when a program is four months late, promise promise promise, end of the month comes and "oh it will go out with all the regular affiliate payments" I've got one of those going on at the moment.

Lies to backup more lies, it's a merry-go-round. And, what's worse, when all else fails, blame the affiliate or return to the payment cycle excuse. It would be worth while, just on principle, to attend a conference and see if these crooks are as cocky face to face, as they are behind a monitor. I know one thing though, if I did attend, I'd be leaving with my earnings!

Sometimes, they're even worse face-to-face.

My affiliate rep, Saar Ezer, flat-out lied to me again yesterday, advising "tomorrow i will be able to tell you the exact amount you can expect".

Of course, Saar didn't get back to me. I'm still waiting for my November 2013 revenue.

Oh dear. It gets even worse! Ladbrokes has been slowly destroying itself over the past few months. If I were working there I would be completely embarrassed at the thought of turning up at LAC next month with their big flashy stand, big marketing talk, and no affiliate site!

Ridiculous isnt it.

Completely. If you wanted to plan to destroy an affiliate program you could not plan it any better than they have - new system doesn't work, when it does work the banners don't load or only load for certain countries (and also load so slowly they crash your site!), links don't track, affiliate revenues are being skimmed, players are being detagged, the affiliate team do not respond to any emails or communications.

Well done for moving your affiliate program to Israel Ladbrokes! - it even made the newspapers Ladbrokes issues third profit warning for 2013 amid takeover rumours | Business | The Guardian

moving your affiliate program to Israel Ladbrokes!

And if you know anything about anything in the world at large.. You will know, there in lies the problem.. Which is the same problem nearly all affiliate programs have..(And the whole world at large). And that is, that group of people have the control. (over EVERYTHING - and i mean EVERYTHING)

And too many people think this and are afraid to say it. If you talk to ANYONE at an affiliate conference I can guarantee that 90%+ of them either won't work at all with Israeli based affiliate programs/teams, or work with them at arm's length with a lot of mistrust. It's nothing specifically with being Israeli, it's the fact that too many affiliates have been robbed and stitched up by programs based here. If they were based in Outer Mongolia we all wouldn't trust Outer Mongolian based programs. When you send your business to a country with less control, more fraud, corruption etc than the UK then you're going to get problems.

Hopefully though, this will deter the good programs from ever moving away from the UK, Ireland and Gibraltar. They might think that signing a 5 year deal with Playtech will save them loads of money, but in the long term it can destroy a brand. From the sounds of that article Ladbrokes may not be under its current ownership in a few years time. I predict it will be bought out, probably by some other program based in Israel!

Ladbrokes finally paid up today (going back to NOVEMBER revenue). Unfortunately, they paid me less than the due amount, despite my affiliate manager confirming a higher amount just a few days ago. I'm hardly shocked.

And aggressive and really in your face. A bit like William Hill were a few years ago until they probably went on a personal communications skills course that told them that in the rest of the world we don't do business like that!
