LCB's basketball correspondent who collaborates with the Instagram page “kosarkanadlanu”, flew to Beijing to watch the knockout rounds before the semi-finals and finals officially kick off on Friday, Sep. 13th and Sunday, Sep. 15th at Wukesong Sport Arena.

The tournament’s most anticipated matches between Spain and Australia as well as Argentina and France were both played on Friday, 13th in Beijing Wukesong Sport Arena at 10.00 and 14.00 local time (GMT+8). Les Bleus, officially ranked the third in FIBA World Rankings, won 67:59 over Boomers, current champions of FIBA Asia, at Wukesong Sports Arena in Beijing, China, and took the bronze medal at 2019 World Championship!

The final of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2019 is over and Spain are the next champions of the world. Despite a better start for Spain, triumphing over Argentina was not an easy task due to repeated runs and aggressive defense, but it seems that Sergio Scariolo (coach) had an answer to everything the Argentines threw at him.
