Nice buy again, definitely another approach than buying FTD-machines with low-quality content and a bunch of bought backlinks. I wonder a bit how prices are calculated in this "niche". I read like $ 800.000 buying price. With a 4-times-multiplier (which is common if Catena or GIG is buying), than we're talking about 50k revenue a year.

The standard prior Catena media and how we used to evaluate sites before was based on 1.5-2 yrs value.
These days it goes for much higher. In case of 4 years multiplier it would put it at 200K/ year revenue value.

However it really varries from site to site and many other factors are taken into consideration upon evaluating a website
