Hi All,

My name is Dylan Mandrake and I represent Liberty Slots Casino. We are the first licensee of Wager Gaming Technology. We conducted a soft launch/beta test of the software to ensure everything was running smoothly. Our foremost goal is to ensure a positive user experience for our players.

An Affiliate Program is in the works. Affiliate partners are very important to us and a core part of our marketing strategy. If you are interested in more information regarding Liberty Slots or the upcoming Affiliate Program, please contact us at affiliates@libertyslots.com

Regards,

Dylan M.

Didn't really expect you to solicit the members here :( Expected a response to the Liberty Slots thread.

Soliciting of members is not allowed by uncertified programs.... and based upon the information in that thread, it's not very likely you will be promoted soon.

Liberty Slots (at the very least) is promoting the casino to Casino Coins database of players. Players sent under affiliation, which should continue to be tagged to the affiliates. Doing anything else shows that the casino and affiliate program are unetchical, IMO.

Let's start there.

Wow! You have a set of brass ones!! Do you really think anyone on this forum would be willing to become your affiliate after you STOLE our players? Would have been a different story if you had come on here before you opened the casino, told us your leasing the software and you were given a list of players with the lease agreement, then you could have done the legit thing and tagged each player to each affiliate that originally referred them to the software provider.

We have you black listed on our forum and I will continue to warn everyone on my sites to stay away!!!!

I have to think the owners of this software are not newbies in the biz, they know exactly what they are doing, and they know damn well it is all shady!

Hi Andrew,

This post was not an attempt to solicit members, but more as an introduction to myself and the casino, letting you know that we are here to answer any questions you may have. We are currently working on launching our Affiliate Program, at which time I will contact you regarding certification.

I was not aware of a 'Liberty Slots thread', I thought I was creating one.

In regards to your second point, we are not promoting to former Casino Coins players.

Regards,
Dylan

Where did you get your emailing list from then? Many people who did play at Casino Coins properties did get emails.

If they weren't from the Casino Coins properties where did you get the email list from?

Hi WCD,

The emails were sent by a third party marketing partner. The target was 'casino' so while there may have been players from other casinos, they were players who have probably signed up for multiple casinos and online offers related to casinos.

Bonusstreak, I know his name is Andrew because he emailed me letting me know my account was active and I was merely providing contact information, as anyone would when introducing themselves. We are not signing up affiliates yet, as our affiliate program is not ready, so solicitation would be pointless at this time.

All I wanted to do was join the forums and have an open line of communication. I apologize if it was taken any differently. We are a new operation and as such still trying getting things up and running smoothly.

FWIW

I think it is highly unlikely you started this new casino with a clean slate : without help from the former CC owners.

Buying email lists containing US players and sending promos to their email addresses is unethical marketing not a "soft launch" as you call it.

;)

Inspiration- we do not own the software. We are a licensee of Wager Gaming Technology, much like a licensee from MGS, RTG or Playtech would be. We are not in communication or affiliated with the former owners of Casino Coins or related brands.

I never stated that we purchased an email list, only that we enlisted services from a third party marketing partner.

From my understanding, the former owners shut down and did not sell their domains or databases.

Put me in touch with your marketing partner and I'll get to the bottom of it.

Lol, you guys are so suspicious.

Liberty, you have to understand that a lot of untoward things have happened in this industry as of late and affiliates in general are not as trusting as they used to be. And with good reason.

Hopefully you will establish a good and fair affiliate program. Players love that software.

I will be interested in hearing about things going forward.

I have spoken to Nick from Casino Coins and he also says that the software was sold with no strings attached and the previous owners walked from the industry.

If you are looking for a good AM - I would recommend Nick, and the fact that he knows the software well and understands the kind of promos that work for that software in specific can only be helpful to you.

Let me be the one to welcome you to AGD. The AGD team will be happy to look at your affiliate T&Cs and suggest any changes that may be needed to make it affiliate friendly and welcome here.

Andy Please let us know what you find out.

I am curious to know who the "marketing partner" is...
Who their 'marketing partner' is says a LOT about their business ethics.

There was no reply.... And I didn't really expect one. I think that was a way to push blame and placate affiliates. If they were honest, they would be much more forthcoming.
