Operators claiming to be in compliance with Maltese regulatory law are in violation of Article 13 of the Gaming Act, and only licensed operators are allowed to display the MGA seal or claim they are licensed. MGA published the list of operators displaying the MGA seal or claiming they are licensed by the authority without authorization.
