Llama Casino - Affiliate links not working

Hello AGD'ers,

Do you work with Llama Casino?
We noticed that our affiliate links do not work.

Can you login to their affiliate platform?
Do you have a problem with the Llama Casino affiliate links, as well?

We have just received an update from the Llama Casino:

The casino is fully operational and no data has been lost.

The affiliate programme has been up and functional for 7 years. Yesterday, the public affiliate platform had a DNS issue. We are working to resolve it and hopefully with have done so later today.

We are also still unable to log-in to our account.
Any update on the DNS issue resolution?

Logins dont work, also system says it cant find our email address to do forgot password.

Also the google captcha is not showing on the login page

Hi All

Sorry for any delay.

Turns out that our affiliate platform partner in the UK (brandconversions) has gone into administration and it wasn’t a DNS error as they first said.

We have decided to open our internal platform to our partners so this never happens again and we can confirm no data has been lost, in fact, the internal affiliate system is the core of brand conversions reporting.

To access our internal affiliate system we will need to update your login details.

Please email your account name, URL from the email address you wish to our support email

We will sort out your access that same day.
