Logo's/Banners

I'm currently building a new site which is a little different to the usual sites I've done and need logo a certain size, which are smaller than most banners/logos provided. Is there any decent site that can help you make custom logos? Or is there anyone that would be interested in providing them for me at all?

I'm shite at designing logos but can adapt to any size if you do get one built for you and you have the assets. i.e .ai, pdf, eps, photoshop files.
