Yeah, MoneyGaming.com is the premium choice. They get all the games first.

Also Bet365, but mainly MoneyGaming.com.

Cool, thanks! I'll try MoneyGaming because I trust Bet365 as far as I can throw them.

Ah yes... I did look at CasinoRoom and I do like Elmount. The only problem was that I thought the website for CasinoRoom wasn't all that good. Maybe I'll look again, thanks!

How are USA affiliates supposed to sign up at MoneyGaming affiliate program or view player terms on their MoneyGaming website when they can't even see the website unless they have a VPN?

Is there a work-around for this for USA affiliates?

Good question, Mr Guru.

You could always email samin at game account dot com (Shenaly Amin) - one of the affiliate managers there - and see what can be done. GameAccount are also positioning themselves very nicely for the opening up of the USA market (they've got deals with Foxwoods and BetFair USA) so they are definitely worth talking to anyway.

I emailed the same question months ago about what could be done about being VPN blocked as an affiliate (non US too) and the answer was nothing. Nothing, as in they aren't going to do anything about it, not that they didn't answer.

Wow, did not realize this guys, thanks for the great responses here! It sounds like MoneyGaming is not really affiliate friendly if they are going to these lengths to block affiliates from promoting their product. That's ashame.
