Madmoney casino dont paying out earnings for months - UNRESOLVED

Hi guys,

We been working with a lot of operators and everybody is sending their earnings to us in time and without problems but Madmoney casino is holding back our earnings now for some months.

The reason I have waited several months to reach out here is because we have a lot of patience and at the same time we work with a whole range of operators who always pay without a problem so somehow I refuse to believe that we are being scammed.

I been trying to reaching out to like 5-6 affiliates managers + sending over 10+ emails to them but without any response including went via some contacts to reach out to them.

Is there anyone else that got this problem with this operator if not, please be careful just to work with them, because is not fun to need to do almost full time work to get your earnings.

If this is the case then shame on Madmoney casinos for treating their affiliates like this and they need to pay the affiliates on time to motivate them and to continue working with them in the future.
Madmoney casino needs to be more punctual and behave properly with the affiliates

Thank you for sharing this information as we need people like you to help getting paid. Unfortunately some people just do not want to pay up or on time and this really demoralizes the affiliates to continue working

Since we never heard back from the representatives regarding this compaint, we will mark it as unresolved. If we do get some updates, we will re-open the complaint and assist further.

We have the same issues and have sent them legal letter without response and are now escalating it legally with the Gibraltar authorities as they are based there. Suggesting you guys do the same as

Yeah, it's pretty crappy of Madmoney casino to be holding back payments like that. If they want to keep working with their affiliates, they need to pay up and do it on time. Hopefully they'll start behaving better in the future.

we have the same issue, they stopped pay in december 2022 and we stopped work with them. My affmanager told me over 10 times money was on its way, and 4 months later still nothing...
