Mail client for multiple addresses...?

Does anyone know of an e-mail client where you can set up 100s of different e-mail addresses and have them all come in to just ONE in-box, but most importantly, when you reply to any mail it still goes out with the unique address ID?

This would be extremely useful as we could use a unique address for every single casino or affy program we join and when the SPAM starts coming we would know who leaked it!
I currently use Outlook Express - but I guess that doesn't have this capability....?

I'm sure you could do it with outlook - you just have to set up the POP and SMTP for each email.

I use googlemail which allows up to 5 additional addresses, I think googlemail for business lets you have more but there's some kind of fee. I emailed them to make sure I had the right end of the stick, but never got a reply.

Oh also, one quick solution if you're not bothered about sending mail from the address (which I know you said you wanted to be able to do, but I thought I'd mention this just in case) you could always just use the catch-all function and just enter a random string for each casino:

eg: hc784whoiuhfs@example.com = golden palace etc..

If needs be you could always create the string as an email if you had to send an email from it at any point. Just depends on how often you're going to need to reply to the emails I guess...

I think Mozilla Firefox (email Client) can handle as many addresses as you want to set up and it's free and secure.

I think everyone who has replied so far has not understood what I'm asking - maybe I didn't explain it properly.
This is what I would LIKE to do:

Say I join 200 different casinos and/or Affy programs:
At each one I use a slightly different e-mail address unique to each site. (e.g. Affy001 @ kasinoking, Affy002 @ kasinoking, etc... up to Affy200 @ kasinoking)
Whenever any of them sends me e-mails, they ALL go into just ONE in-box on the client.
What I would like to be able to do is reply to any mail and it would go out still with MY uniquely coded e-address.

Now I know I can get all mails re-directed into ONE in-box with OE or Firefox as it stands, but I don't think I can reply and keep the unique address.
Also, I don't think I can create a brand new message and manually enter my coded address in the "from" field...
Or maybe I can do one or both of these things?
I don't know!

Maybe I need to do some experimenting... but I was hoping someone else might have already got a solution.

I know what you are asking, but haven't found a solution to that previously when I had looked into it. I use a 'Catch All', but that means I do not respond on that email address as the 'True' address is what is associated with the 'Catch all'

Seems like you would have to set up db and hook it up with the email client, to get what you want.
Interesting problem, wish I had more time to look into it.

You can do this using Outlook (I use 2007). You just set up each email as POP and they will all go to one inbox. When you reply to received emails, you will be sending from the same addy you received from. When you compose, there is an option to pick "Account" and you can choose which address to send from.

Thanks - I may have to look into that...
Mind you, I HATE Outlook - I always thought it was a step BACK from Outlook Express which does everything I want and is MUCH more user-friendly!

Maybe I wasn't clear in first post. Googlemail does exactly this - just add additional emails in the settings:

Settings > Accounts > 'Send Mail As' and 'Check Mail Using POP3'

Whenever you reply to an email (or compose one) there is a drop down to select which email you want to send through - you can also set it to always reply through the account that the email as sent to.

It's limited to 5 for free 'gmail accounts' but I'm pretty sure it's unlimited with gmail for business ($50 a year) - although I haven't actually got round to buying it myself yet.

The simplest solution to this is Gmail.
Gmail allows you to add an extra bit to your normal email address using a plus symbol, but it still delivers to you. For example:

Normal address: john.smith @ gmail.com
Trackable address: john.smith+dodgycasino @ gmail.com

Both will deliver to john.smith @ gmail.com

When you start getting spammed, you know instantly which address leaked and you can add a filter to route all future email to that address to the bin.

The only problem I have ever found with this is that some sites have faulty email address validation code that thinks an address with a + in it is not valid. But this is increasingly rare.

What works for me regarding casino/affy and other sites is this...

From my web/mailhost I can set it up to forward all mails coming to *@mydomain.com to my@gmail.com
Whenever I signup at site I use sitename@mydomain.com
If I need to reply with that email I just add the address in gmail settings, get a verification code a few seconds later and I can now use it whenever I want.
If the address is added to the list it will automatically send from the address it was sent to (can be specified in the settings).
