Marketing to the Philippines

Does anyone market to, or live in the Philippines?

I don't know much about it but im helping a friend from the Philippines set up shop and am seeking some info on the market there.

I know of the casinos I have checked most accept players from the Philippines. Is it easy for them to deposit and withdrawal? Also is it easy for affiliates from the Philippines to get paid out from affiliate programs? (via wires, moneybookers, or checks)? Just any known issues that marketing from there that one could run into?

Any info is appreciated.

Philippines is a major SE Asia licensing jurisdiction (google 'First Cagayan') so you'll find that many of the major Asian facing online casinos (& software providers) do not accept players from the Philippines pursuant to First Cagayan license terms.

I'm tipping the casinos that you are referring to are based outside Asia Pacific area and probably not focused on that market, in which case you have to wonder how effective they would be on language/support/banking capability
