Worst communication from any partner I've been in contact with.

Last year, after a few messages, back and forth, they just ghosted me.

This year I see they've rebranded the affiliate site and thought I'd give them another go. We agreed a deal, but the promo I wanted wasn't available at the time. A couple of months passed and I wanted to check if anything had changed, again no response.

After trying a few contacts, someone replied that my AM was no longer with the team and asked how he could help and never replied after that.

I've left a message on the affiliate site asking for another contact to speak to. They've sent me an email assigning me an AM. In the email there is the contact info of the same AM I've had and already left the company lmao.
