Hi there I have given the operators about a week now to respond to me on this matter and my patience is wearing thin! A month is almost over now and us affiliates could be earning on the players that are being cross marketed, sold, or whatever you call this situation.

Several of my players have sent me mails from Allslots USA and Redflush where they are being offered free cash to join Jackpot Capital and Grande Vegas casinos. I was told this was a rush job and they needed to get the players happy in a new casino of course we affiliates were left out of the deal.

I want to make this clear to the operators you are STEALING from me, I will not tolerate it! I do not care how long we have been marketing partners this is not acceptable! If it were not for me sending you those players you would have nothing to be selling! I really don't care what you do with the players that are not tagged to affiliates but I expect to be getting a mail very soon telling me that my players are being mapped over and I will be earning on any deposits made from the date you made the sale!

What happens when the future of gaming changes and you may need these same very affiliates your screwing over right now? As another brand that did this black hat marketing practice I am sure they can tell you it was a huge mistake!!

Any future MG brands that plan to sell list of players I hope you include your hard working loyal affiliate partners in the deal!!

I agree. I'm done with all programs doing this type of thing. They need to read a business ethics book and learn that these practices only solidify their failure.

I am waiting for a couple of responses to my emails, too.

I wrote to All Slots USA and they responded with this:

Regarding Jackpot Capital, we are not transferring players to them. Since our program closed, we suggested our player who like to go on playing, to open account at Jackpot Capital, you are welcome to contact Jackpot Capital directly and work with them as affiliate.

I am already an affiliate with JC, and I wrote to them as well -- JC told me to take it up with ASUSA. LOL. Wheee -- around and around we go -- gotta love it.

Any future MG brands that plan to sell list of players I hope you include your hard working loyal affiliate partners in the deal!!
I agree.

This is a shambles - if these operators have any chance to reopen in the future once the US finally regulatees, they will turn to affiliates.

If they sell off the player databases to a US accepting operator and migrate all affiliate accounts with tagged players, then affiliates will respect them and will work with them in the future I am sure.

Black Friday, payment issues, processors, legislation - no excuse for leaving your ethics at the door. Take care of your bread and butter (affiliates) because without them, you wouldn't have any players.

I dont want this to come across as a plug and i also dont want to tell operators or affiliates how to run their businesses. This whole situation is unfortunate.

I have said this many months ago, the CPA option for affiliates is a relatively good solution to this ongoing issue..balancing your income across rev share and CPA is working well for a number of our affiliates. Spreading your risk!

We at igamingrevenue.com are offering some excellent CPA deals across ALL markets.. We work with more then 50 different brands. Please contact me if this is of interest to you..

Cheers

Do you know that Red Flush has been marketing our U.S. traffic to Jackpot Capital since at least March 28th, probably longer?

The first image is from the .eu site, which I get beings I'm from the U.S. The second image is from the .net site. I seen the second image back on March 28th when I asked Nico about it.

I haven't seen Nico or Miles on MSN today or yesterday. Unless I missed the email telling us where we can check tracking for the U.S. traffic they're sending to Jackpot Capital, I'm not very happy about this.

igamingrevenue sorry but your post just does not belong here, I mean no disrespect but this is a very serious situation for us affiliates and the last thing on my mind right now is picking up another program to chase around my players at!

Now back to the topic, no I had no idea I caught a mail that went out to affiliates about 2 wks ago that had the link embedded to JPC. I was told it was a test and that all players would be tagged, then I was told that this was a rush deal and all affiliates would be taken care of.

I can say that since these two programs in question are still operating inside and outside the US we are going consider removing Redfush/Lavida, JPC and Grande Vegas from all our sites! They are clearing working around affiliates and stealing traffic!!!

I really am curious is there any affiliate out there from the US that was contacted by Redflush and asked if you had an existing JPC account that they can map or tag the redirected traffic to? I bet not! They cannot say they have done this properly or else we would have been asked to open an affiliate account at JPC if we did not already have one open.

Am not from the US, but do have a few players in the USA program for redreturns, and I have not seen such an e-mail from them asking for a JPC aff account.

I heard back from RevShare Affiliates (Fortune) and Red Returns USA today.

RevShare Affiliates (Fortune) said that they will not be cross marketing our U.S. players to any other US-facing casino. This is good news. This is what they said:

We have no association with Jackpot Capital whatsoever and do not intend in any way to "cross market" the US players from Revshare Affiliates to another US facing casino.

Red Returns USA is still working on a solution that may involve giving us a portion of the profits from Jackpot Capital, with reporting done through the original Red Returns system. This is still being worked on; more details should be coming in the next few days.

All Slots USA, it seems, has no interest in sharing any of the Jackpot Capital profits.

Lastly, Star Partner (Crazy Vegas) -- I have no info here. Has anyone been in touch with them to find out if they plan to share profits they may earn by sending players to Jackpot Capital?

If anyone knows of any other Microgaming program that is suggesting that players play at Jackpot Capital or at other US-facing casinos, please post.

Update -- Referback (River Belle Casino) is sending players to Slotastic. Thread here. No idea if they are including affs in the revenues earned there or not....

These two are actually partnered, you can promote Slotastic through Referback by asking your AM to activate it. Stats are available under Partner Reports on the Referback site. Not sure exactly how they will handle this situation though.

Villento is up to no good as well all US traffic is directed to this...
Betvillento and betrichreels

What is Betvillento though? I just went to Villento's website and it took me to betvillento-casino but I don't see a casino or casino offer there. Are they directing players to another casino also?

Well the free spin casino situation can definitely be one where affs can still get their rightful due considering they claim the players are able to use the same account login info as they used at the old casino.

That means it would be no problem to map over your players. Whether they do that or not remains to be seen.

I take a moment to preach to the choir. It is becoming more and more evident that if we as affs are to more than survive, if that, it will require that we as a whole flex our muscle to show we still have a considerable impact.

And to make that work in a show of force that will be recognized, it is going to require a stronger bond between us than currently exists.

Remember GP? Back then when they first were choosing to screw us, i tried to get people to organize to the extent of running a uniform banner on our front pages, warning players that these casinos had proven to not pay their debts, that they had in fact intentionally chosen to screw people who bring them new business, therefore it was obvious that if they were willing to bite the hand that feeds them, there is no safety for players because they are all that remains to screw.

(admittedly not said in quite those words) :)

point being that the programs are obviously not smart enough to recognize a long drawn out loss of players would be due to our efforts: since they are not smart enough to recognize that we are the reason they have those players now, and that things are going to become extremely slow in the coming future because 1) they won't have us sending any more new players and 2) the aff community's efforts to blacklist them and heed existing players from depositing there.

.................

Folks, as a whole, we have the power to literally run any casino out of business. If the situation demanded it, we could go as far as to claim they are not paying players.

You say that isn't fair program? Well we don't think its so fair you're choosing to screw us when it is very possible to have chosen to treat us right instead.

Anyway, ... due to so many places taking this screw your affs approach ... I think its going to require a union which the membership will be required to participate in any blacklisting that is vote-passed by the community.

.........

Here's the thing. If we could organize to the extent of running a front page banner warning players that this casino is guilty of unscrupulous practices which has caused us to fear for the integrity of said casino, and therefore of any players they currently enjoy, regardless of where those players are located ...

and we did it on a set schedule such as running the banner for 1 week ... then I promise you it would be felt like no effort on our behalf before has ever been,

go the distance, as a whole, and make your presence felt to the extent that casino closes down or is crying uncle to the community ... and you will never again have to make the effort.

You've seen what lesser endeavors have resulted. It won't get better until you stand up for yourself and that will require what i have mentioned, because we have tried everything else.

Adding: the reason I feel a banner is important is because it would look the same on every website, thus showing what a uniform effort / opinion it is that said casino is one to be avoided at all costs, especially avoiding any deposits.

People surf 3 sites and see that same banner ... well wouldn't you start getting nervous if you had money in that casino and saw that same banner on several sites?
