Well I was informed last month this may happen and it seems my source was dead on! Thanks Microgaming for once again screwing us all, your all a bunch of clowns in my book and I will be doing all I can I guess to get players into other more USA friendly casinos. I am sorry the casino operators have to deal with these greedy scumbags!!

Who is making these hare-brained decisions?

It's got lawyer written all over it. These lawyers are going to drive Microgaming to ruins one of these days.

I kinda think that Microgaming is playing it safe at the moment for their later benefit. As long as they are seen by the US Government as currently complying with the current rules then they will also later be seen as a company that is willing to play ball with the USA and it's wishes.

Which will allow them to be one of the first online gaming software's to be approved by the soon to be, new US regulating body for online gaming licenses. ;)

Why chance fate in the 11th hour. They could be back online in the US as early as next summer or fall if everything goes as Harrah's is thinking it will.

Hi all,

Its almost as if they were approaching the matter with the mindset that some day they will be facing charges which will be counted based on the number of games they allowed exposure.

It is just an odd decision. No other way to look at it, IMO. I do wonder what they are thinking.
