Due to these terms:
"You hereby recognize that after the cancellation of a current deal and setting of the new one with unilateral notification one (1) bank day beforehand all subsequent traffic that will be brought by the Partner (registrations, first deposits and subsequent deposits) will be paid under conditions of a new deal.
You hereby recognize If more than 60% of the New Players affiliated by partner make only a minimum first deposit during the billing month, the whole traffic volume shall be considered motivated under the Affiliate Agreement. The Company reserves the right to hold traffic for further analysis of players and their activity for an indefinite period of time. Any Commission in relation to such traffic can be not payable upon the Company decision.

In this case, the Company has a right not to pay the Commission for such traffic.The Company reserves the right to hold traffic for further analysis of players and their activity for an indefinite period of time. Any Commission in relation to such traffic can be not payable upon the Company decision.
Company has a right to cancel partners current deal and set a new deal unilaterally notifying the Partner one (1) bank day in advance. Reasons of cancellation may include:
a)low quality traffic;
b)low conversion that may lead to a negative balance.
You hereby recognize that after the cancellation of a current deal and setting of the one with unilateral notification one (1) bank day beforehand all subsequent traffic that will be brought by the Partner (registrations, first deposits and subsequent deposits) will be paid under conditions of a new deal.
You acknowledge that the initial payment shall be disbursed subsequent to a minimum of 10 first-time depositors/new players referred by you. The Company retains the prerogative to withhold payment until this criterion is fulfilled. Failure to achieve this within 90 days empowers the Company to, at its sole discretion, confiscate the commission.
6.12 In any given month, any negative commission generated by customers will be carried forward and offset against future commission revenue generated by the same customer referred by You until such negative commission revenue is cleared.
No Negative Carryover.
