Due to these terms:
3. The AFFILIATE has not generated Traffic in a period of three (3) consecutive months, or SPORTIUM has reasonable indications of the use of fraudulent practices to alter or manipulate the Traffic and avoid the application of this resolution clause.
- Note they also have a low revenue share warning that starts at 15%
If you send 10 new active depositors a month and they generate € 1000 your commission will be 1000 x 25% = € 250
If you send 40 new active depositors another month and they generate € 3000 your commission becomes 3000 x 35% = € 1050
For old players, your commission is 15% of what they continue to generate in subsequent months.
- They also have Negative Carry Over
SPORTIUM , applies a policy of transfer and compensation of negative balances (Negative balance carry over), which means that when a negative monthly balance results in the AFFILIATE's account, it will be transferred and compensated with the result of the following month deducting from Positive commission accrued in the current month. In the event that the negative commission is not paid in the following month, it will be transferred successively to subsequent months until the total negative balance is compensated. In the event of termination of this contract for any reason, the negative commission, if any, must be paid by the AFFILIATE within one month after the termination date.
