Never heard of Mr Smith but got curious and googled after I saw this thread.
Smith, as well as Affiliate Lounge, is a part of BML Group Ltd (Bettson / Betsson Malta Ltd / Betsson AB).
On Betsson ABs site you can also see that Mr Smith is listed under their brands, and the Betsson Group site is looking for manager to Mr Smith.
I bet it's just a matter of time before they migrate over to Affiliate Lounge. If that's the case I'd suggest anyone promoting Mr Smith to stop doing so.
Affiliate Lounge can not be trusted. I lost about 1500 (LIFETIME!) referrals when Betsafe, Maxino and NordicBet joined the Betsson Group / Affiliate Lounge, when they retroactively added minimum quotas and decided to close my account(s).

Because they owe me money and there is no affiliae manager to contact.. I thought it looked like they were going to be taken over by AL - Time to remove them! I still need a contact to get paid tho..

I received an e-mail from a new Mr Smith rep a couple days ago, introducing himself. I don't heavily promote this brand at the moment so I didn't keep a copy of the e-mail, sorry, but it may be worth getting back in touch with them now to ask about your wonga, bonustreak.

Mr Smith affiliate you can access from either the old Mr Smith affiliates website or from Affiliate lounge (using the same credentials). The stats should appear the same on both.

Now the problem with the Lounge is that if you want to promote Smith AND Betsson etc, you need two different accounts as they haven't merged them. So one for Smith, one for the rest.

support@affiliatelounge.com is their email address, I have been in contact with them on the 9th and 10th of December 2015 so I'd say that's your first port of call.
