Answered my own question: Myaffiliates.com is a platform for affiliate programs. I just thought it was odd the logo for Myaffiliates was in place of the BettingPartner logo by mistake this morning on the BP stats.
My old brain is a bit rusty and I thought previously MyAffiliates.com was an affiliate program. -disregard (or delete this thread) ...
I am not sure, but the way I think it works now is. Best Partners handles (or is) three separate affiliate programs. They are: 1. BestPartners Affiliates which is Bodog Asia 2. BumBet Affiliates which is a South American ( I think Brazil) outfit which has sports betting and casinos and 3. BettingPartners Affiliates which handles Bovada, Bodog, Slots.LV, Joe Fortune, Ignition, Cafe Casino, and Slots.com.
As I mentioned, this is how I perceive the operation working. I am an affiliate as most of you are.
MyAffiliates provides the affiliate software. They are popular among the offshore sites (most of my advertisers use MyAff).
Affiliate programs can insert a custom logo, and many do. What you see is a default MyAffiliates logo.
Here's what I've noticed though. When an affiliate program is getting DDoS'd hard, and MyAffiliates has trouble loading, default images pop up. I guess maybe in order to fight the DDoS they are conserving bandwidth w/default pics, or maybe they are unable to access the external images.
It's technical I'm sure and I'm just guessing. But I'm certain that Denial of Service attacks, slow performance, and default logos showing up are highly correlated events.
