We have been over 2 months without receiving any payments or any feedback from the affiliate manager George, who has decided to just ignore every message we send.

We are Gambling-Affiliation.com - an Affiliate network who have been in the industry for 20 years. The reason they are not paying us is because unfortunately, one affiliate ended up being fraudulent. we have no arguments about this and we have informed the operator that we have no intention on receiving any of these funds related to this affiliate. We have no interest whatsoever.

However, there are thousands of euros that are legit from many other affiliates who are of course expecting payment on a monthly basis. All our affiliates are independent from one another.

The Affiliate manager Is also guilty of trying to snipe our affiliates that we send and take them for their own.

is there a head of affiliates contact out there who can help us?

Surely, an affiliate network with 20 years in this industry, your company should have its own legal council.

When things go pear shaped, it's the network that gets shafted, which in turn, the affiliates get shafted too.

The obligation you have is with your affiliate marketers, it's solely an agreement with them.

They don't have an agreement with MyStake, you do.

I wouldn't want to be in your shoes, because frankly the responsibility to pay the affiliates of Gambling-Affiliation.com lays at your company's feet, and no one else's, if and when things go pear shaped.

Maybe time to get a lawyer, mate ;)

Hi Mate

Sorry but your statement is wrong. We only pay out affiliates once we get paid, It's part of our Terms and conditions.

Unfortunately yes both of us are suffering now.

Its very disappointing that brands do this, we accepted the reduction in commission but we must be paid for the legit traffic. No ones KYC systems are foolproof and sometimes bad affiliates get into the cracks.

99% of our traffic comes from good honest affilliates

Thanks for the topic.

It seems like some even the oldest affiliate programs are going through some bad times right now.

Hi Mate

Sorry but your statement is wrong. We only pay out affiliates once we get paid, It's part of our Terms and conditions.

FYI... just because a term or clause is in someone's T&C's, that doesn't make the term/clause legal.

Protecting your ass, does nothing to protect your affiliates, who, you've been more than happy to earn a higher % from all these years. Seems you want the Cake and to Eat too!

There's a BS trend out here in AU, where, you'll purchase a product from a retailer, lets say a TV. The retailer purchased that product cheap, and sells high, it's how they make profit.

Unfortunately the product fails within its warranty.

Instead of the retailer (place of purchase) accepting return of 'faulty TV', some retailers are now throwing up there hands, claiming it's not their fault and telling customers to take it up with the manufacturer!

Problem here though, your Network affiliates, can't even go to the igaming operator, because thy don't have a contract with the operator, you do. It's not their referred players, its the Network's.

Their TV has become faulty, but they can't even approach the manufacturer, they can ONLY ask you for help/payment, and your holding your hands up saying, it's not our fault (responsibility).

Yes it's a shitty thing when and if a program stiffs your affiliate Network. However, these things happen for all manner of reasons, not just igaming venues/program going rogue.

Your acting just like the TV retailer.
Happy to accept the HIGH price tag but when trouble arises, your saying, sorry not our fault.

If an affiliate of your Network takes legal action against you, because and reiterating, the buck lays at your company's feet. I don't fancy your chances in using your T&C's to get out of NOT paying him/her/them.

Edit:
Besides, bringing this matter to an affiliate forum, really?!
Here's some free advice for you, from a "free" forum. Go hire a lawyer, you need one...

This is NOT an affiliate program.

Instead, Gambling-Affiliation.com is an affiliate Network, boasting 125+ affiliate programs on its books.

The Network cuts deals with igaming operators, and secures, a better % rate for affiliates. Of course the Network (with all these affiliates registered) they receive a high % too. Thus what's left over from paying the Network Affiliates, is what becomes the Network's kickback.

These gigs are great, but are really ONLY designed for 1-off product purchases or ads etc., etc. When you start using them for residual income, shit can go pear shaped, and your f'ed.

To save the tears, my advice, always partner directly with the affiliate program. Not a network.

Least if things do go haywire, their your referred players, not someone elses ;)
