Sorry but i have to say that N1 casino has rules that no one really understand.
Example: you are a customer of N1 casino and your datas are showing into your profile. Now you have new address details because of moving.
Or you get a new e-mail address, because the old one don't exist anymore.
Now you want to have these details change but it's not possible.
Why ? You can't change datas by yourself!
If you want to have it changed by support you are also not lucky, because the answer is, we can't!
So, what should a customer do now ? Open a new account which is not allowed ?
But if you are forced to open a new account you will lost also your status/level, all.
Close the old one and then open a new one ? I believe the old datas still remain at the backend and the customer maybe will get new problems if he is trying to register a new accont.
This can't be normal that there are no possibilities to change an easy thing like an e-mail address.
You can login with old datas but you will not get information because you have no more access to the old e-mail address.
Support isn't a help regarding these problems and i ask myself why it's so complicated to change easy things.
Option is that you will ask for the prove of old address (which is shown in profile and on verification)
the prove of the new address
and the reason why the address should be changed
The reason why i want to have it changed ?
Sometimes one move his address or e-mail!
But N1 makes it very complicate to rate this casino as customer friendly and transparency.
The affiliate managers can't really help but i only want to say if you promote N1 and the customers will experiences such problems it is not beneficial. The user will search for another casino, where are no problems like this.
