Is there any way through which I can get refund for my loss of INR 700000 from India24bet. Children in my house had played the game when I was sleeping and it had suffered a huge loss to me.

Is there any way I can claim back that money

This reminds me of that one morning, several years ago when i was playing online poker. I woke up to a terrible noice from the kitchen, my dogs head inside the fridge with atleast a doussin of soucages in hes mouth looking at me like "what?".
I told him, one soucage in the mornings, you know the rules and he was like "No, today we selibrate".

I did not know what to responce, he has never done like this before. Anyhow, i noticed my laptop on the kitchen table, logged in to FTP and i was very shore i did close it before i went to bed the evening before. I was still a bit morning dizzy, didint have my morning coffee yet but the cashier balance was clear as the brightest sun ever with plus 20 000 USD!?! I was so surpriced, becouse i have never seen such amount in any of my poker accounts before! I was shore it was a mistake, and started to check account history, and at the same time i heard my dog in the background saying "Yeah? Yeah? i was good boy? I was good? Am i good boy?" kracking thouse sousages in his mouth with a smile on his face. Strangly somebody has been playing Omaha HI -High stake tables all night, and it was not me!

I was starting to get it, my dog... How the... How can he...what... and after a while we started laugh together and i said "you can have all the socages you want brooo"

This makes as much sence as your kids playing all night long. Dont blame anybody, specually your own kids, even if it would be a supersmal chance it really happend. Take losts like a man, and if you feel you cant handle the truth of as loosing, seek for help.

Option 1:

So you are saying that "children" accidentally found exactly casino where you have completed your registration, then they knew your payment method (could be that you had details saved), but for gods sake lets pretend that is not the case, then they made such a deposit without you getting notified from your bank, online wallet etc, and then they played what, slots, table games, poker?

You must be delusional for anyone to fall for this that is one, but the absolute WORST is that you blame children, I hope they are not yours btw.

Option 2:

This must be some troll post, right? :D

If so - Good one!

Reminds me of school days - the dog ate my homework :p

@earnadda - INR 700,000 = AU$12K, learn some self control or don't bet!

I think you can close this thread; OP was never seen again since posting his funny story.

At least @MissExposé gave the thread starter a serious and professional answer.

Once and for all, also for the low IQ: Even if the OP would be a bad loser, a story teller, a liar or a person with more worst problems, regardless if you like it, what she/he has to say or not, no matter if you feel stronger or if you are in a better position, She/he has the right to speak, and no one has the right to cut her/his voice off.

Moreover: I found it always very strange and at some level unbelievable lunatic and disgusting, how affiliates, who make their money only with players, are mocking or attacking players with or without problems in the public or in this case attacking a player directly. Only complete morons attacking directly exactly their customers or potential customers, who are generating their revenue share.

You make your living with people like the thread starter, exactly with that kind of people.

Have you forgotten that?

This is more evidence, that many affiliates in this industry must be total flops in the real world in my opinion, because a serious business person would never ever attack people from his own customer circle.

Never.

Again: Online complete morons are doing that. Imagine, a young banker would do, what happens here in this thread, in the public with a customer of another bank on a forum, a person, who due to addiction or other personal problems cannot pay the rents or mortgages on his home.

Such a moron would be fired the same day by his bank, and this the only answer.

All of my employees knew exactly, regardless, what happened, the guest ist King, the customer is King, the potential future guest is King and also the potential future customer.

No exception.

Never be disrespectful to this group in the public. This is so unprofessional.

It's unbelievable, how low the level in this industry is.
This thread is an unmasking textbook example for it.

At least @MissExposé , a staff member, replied to the player as it should be, professional and sober but polite.

Don't get me wrong: I am the #1 defender of free speech in this industry, and you have the right to tell your opinion on that person and even to attack her/him. It's your right.

But it's also my right to say, what I think about YOU.

@Roulette Zeitung - I originally thought to provide him a link to casinomeister.com.

However, his nickname used here, sounded bit too much like Earn Adda, which, seems like that too is some type of India based gambling entity. With so many spammers trying on different routines, I figured this, like other spam, was just a made up story, by, yet another spammer.

TBH, after getting scammed/lied to by CasinoQueen, here at AGD. That my friend was the straw which broke this camel's back. So many scammers, fraudsters, liars etc., etc., these days. I only help those now who, are prove to be legit. Doing that, takes more than 1 or 2 posts.

tbf to O.P, one xmas I was over in ireland visiting fam, and started grinding headsup cashgames online.
I took some account on headsup €400nl cashgame tables for like €7k over a few comical hours.

he kept folding river for 1bb with 100bb in pot etc. making ridic folds, calling all way to river with air and folding etc.
he literally played like someone with no idea about poker. i kept taking buyin after buyin off him, often with no showdown LOL.
clearly not his account. Xmas

so i sat up til 7am and took the lot [with my little bro cheering me on] - and after his accc was emptied [i guess.. i had +7500€], he said "back in a minute" and went to reload / tell whoever's account it was that he just emptied it i guess...

THEN... whoever was the real account owner started playing - easy to tell it was a different player - lots of 3bets, 4bets and stuff the other player never did. after 5 mins I said "haha put the other kid back on". and quit him. GG son.

an unforgettable night for me and my bro [how we LOL'd], and definitely someone playing on their dad or big bro/sister's account, imo.

shit like this *does* happen, but lol at trying to get a refund :D

You see, what I mean?

Dave at least had in the first moment the intention to help and not only to attack the OP like an uneducated 12 years old child.

Still someone surprised, why almost all people outside of this industry believes, here are only crooks and idiots working?
I can understand that opinion very well.
And - with very few exceptions- they are right!

um... why would he return to AGD, he's a poker grinder, not an affil.

+ we were not nasty - we just lol'd a bit and give him a reality check... it was to be expected I think, despite fact that it may have actually happened.

As a poker player, he can just chalk it down to variance and move up to where they respect his raises- he will win the $ back in no time if he's got some skillz :)
