Just looking at NetBet and Livepartners and can't find much on them on the reviews and forums. Any experiences? Are they good / honest? Do they have any Israeli connection?

Did look at these guys about 5 years ago but the Livepartners affiliate system was terrrible and conversion was poor. However it seems they've revamped since and have a strong presence at conferences.

As always with these brands with lower brand awareness than the big boys, I don't want to waste a lot of time spreading them across the sites only to find out they don't convert, or more importantly they're not honest.

Hi Mate,

I know you're looking for other affiliate comments but regardless:

I'm currently working for NetBet, I joined 11 months ago from PaddyPower. Our Head of Acquisition was in the Same role at BetFair and also Joined around 11 months ago.

The affiliate platform and programme has really become quite a great venue for strong partnerships.
I assume you're mainly sports affiliation and you may have seen alot of the enhancements we have been running since i joined. I have been producing & managing these.

NetBet is a great partner for someone who is looking to add a bookie to their list of reliable partners, but get away from the saturation the other main market shareholders bring.
It is quite easy to provide new players, especially with our strong acquisition campaigns. Conversion is also strong and thats why we are often favoured by the large PPC affiliates.
Of course we have problems and limitations like all bookmakers right from tier 1 to the new operators, but we are without doubt a good bookie to work with.

Feel free to drop me a mail on jake @ livepartners.com or add my skype jake.casson-gimo.

Hopefully we can get chat and something organised! Especially is i'm not half asleep like i am right now!

Morning,

To be honest, in the UK market, the no neg carry over has been significantly reduced / abolished on sport since i arrived.
It was significantly harming our ability to make lasting partnerships which are fair for both affiliate and bookmaker.
This is because we are a challenger brand in the UK and have been hammering the aggressive acquisition through all channels for quite some time. It wasn't feasible for us to continue providing.

On Casino, the NNCO is also more rare, and often comes down to knowing the affiliate traffic/strategy.

I'm sure it's annoying when programs retract their NNCO to any degree, but in markets which are becoming harder to extract value from players (such as the UK), we have found this move to be a strong decision.

To get around the lack of NNCO in general affiliation, i see Hybrid deals (CPA + RS) as the best agreements to make for the both of us.

Give me a message if you fancy more info, or arranging something to work on.

Cheers,

Jake

Spoke to them at AAC this year and left my details for them to get in touch.

Heard nothing.

That would normally be the end of the matter but since I was on the lookout for new partners I decided to follow it up with an email myself.

E-mail ignored.

I don't particularly appreciate ignorance, and would question the point of having a stand at conferences if you don't intend to follow up your leads. Safe to say I will not be working with them in the future.

Thanks Jake, appreciate the objective feedback. Will sign up and give NetBet a go and see what the numbers look like.

We already have a payment issue with them.
Registered with them long time ago but never really promoted them even though we have few registration, but no conversion.
Just last month, one of these players deposited some and managed to place us above the minimum amount to get paid, so it was great for us to see how fast.

Guess what!? Nothing up until today when they claim to be paying on the 15 via Paypal.
Trying to get hold of someone there, left messages from the contact form on their site, but no reply.

Hi Mike,

To Receive payment, simply message finance @ livepartners . com, quoting your username. The finance team will get back to you asap, usually within 2 business days.

Bank Payments are made in the last week of each month.
Paypal and other e-wallets are made on the 15th, or at the end of each month, depending on the payment batch.

Payments aren't automatic unless you have asked to be placed an an automated list of affiliates.

Bank Minimum: 250 EUR
E-wallet Minimum: 50 EUR

I wouldn't really say those are especially high thresholds.

However, I appreciate the feedback and perhaps the payment process isn't clear enough.
I'll be sure to pass this info on to the dev and management team.

Cheers,

Jake

IMO payment should be automated once the minimum threshold has been reached.
When we send traffic, its not approved manually, everything is automated via our trackers. Same thing should apply to partners getting paid.

However, I have to give Jake some credit for providing us with the correct information above.
I contacted the finance team and on the same day received a reply that it would be checked. then later received a confirmation that payment was on the way.
So I consider that as a nice move, and can now say that I didn't chase my first payment with you as it was all sorted as fast as I got the correct info.

Much and very much better compared to program like 777affiliates when there are always payments issues, always have to chase them and wait months to get paid.
I don't recommend this program to anyone and very much shocked how they are certified here with payment issues throughout their page.
I'm stuck with them for having referred them 2 good players that makes me between 1 to 2k commission every month, but have to chase them to get paid.

Anyway, thumb up to LiveP, and I am considering upgrading some positions for your brand.

Hi Mike, Aidan,

I believe one of the main issues we faced with entirely automatic payments from our end revolved around fraud. The Affiliation support team must verify each CPA deal to ensure it is valid; which i can assure you is a long process!
there is a lot of dodgy activity int he affiliation world, i assume from both sides at times, but we get alot of duplicate/fraud/opt-out accounts and we must check these manually.
Instead, if an affiliate requests, i can add them to a list in which the support team check and pay without any request from the affiliate. Some prefer this, others prefer manual billing.
You can also see your current/active/past payments on the dashboard of your account.

Although I've been thinking about it for a while, this thread is the catalyst for me to create a new PDF file explaining some of the basic info needed for the platform, for e.g. some video links showing how to do some reporting from basic to complex, how to get the XML feed or your stats so you don't need to log in to view. This may take a few weeks as it'll be Out of Hours work. There is a help section which already covers a lot of things but areas such as payments remain unclear.

No problem, email me your username and i'll take a look at your account when I can.

Cheers,
Jake
