Neteller bought Skrill

Looks like Skrill will soon be part of Neteller I'm guessing that will be bad for those of us US folks using Skrill (like me).

Exactly my worry. I have been locked out of Neteller since 2008 or so? So - will they now lock US affiliates out of Skrill as well? I take sponsorship payments this way - so it will be a bit of a mess for me I may take an affiliate payment or so.

I used skrill a few times but I guess I will not be anymore

If they carry on running them as separate companies, I will be happy.
But if they merge - I will not!
Neteller have always been better than Skrill - but I don't like the idea of having all my eggs in one basket...

I have always been glad that there has been an alternative to Neteller since Firepay closed. Besides Paypal there is not really a larger ewallet company out there, so I guess we got to deal with a monopoly from now.

I know that Neteller is accepting residents from NJ and NV (if im not mistaking). I wish they would open back up to the rest of us.
