NetoPartners

Here some core elements of the terms from the Neto Partners Affiliate program:

General Affiliate Program Agreement
[...]
This General Affiliate Program Agreement [...] is entered into by and between Marketing Netopartners Ltd and/or [...] "MNP"

Payments
[...]
[Negative Carryover] [Earnings Bundle]
Where you earn your Commission in accordance with the Revenue Share scheme set out, MNP will apply a negative balance carry-over policy (the "Policy"). The Policy consists of the following two rules : (i) in reaching the total Commission owed to you in a calendar month MNP shall calculate all Commissions, both positive and negative, generated by Players via the Sites; and (ii) in the event that at the conclusion of a calendar month the Commission generated by Players via the Sites is a negative amount, we shall apply such negative amount to the Commission calculation of the subsequent calendar months until such time as the negative balance has been fully set-off against future positive Commission amounts generated or any other payment payable to you by any entity in corporate group of companies to which MNP belongs
[...]
[Minimum Payout]
In the event that the Commission to be paid to you in any calendar month is less than 500 Euro for Wire Transfer or 150 Euro for Neteller/MoneyBookers/ePayments
[...]
[Inactivity Clause]
If an Affiliate is inactive or dormant for more than a period of 6 months, meaning that the Commission falls below a certain threshold in that time period, MNP reserves the right to restructure the Commission.

Revenue Share Program
[...]
[Unspecified and so unlimited Admin-Fee]
"Gross Revenue" shall mean the sum total of all real money games/bets purchased by a New Player [...] less any third party fees (including payment processing fees, any end-user verification and validation fees, software royalties and any game content fees) attributable to the New Player, less any licensing fees, applicable gaming taxes, value added taxes, duties or similar mandatory payments imposed by any authority having jurisdiction over MNP.

The Term of this Agreement
[...]
[Program terminates without cause]

At any time, either party may immediately terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. We reserve the right to withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid.

The following add-on can be reported: Instead of the latest, the earliest Cookie referrer receives the credit.

So far, there was no thread in the "Not Yet Evaluated Casino Affiliate Programs" section of AGD for Netopartners. If such a thread will be opened, this post can be transfered into that thread as a first and easy to find information source.

Hello, please be aware of Netopartners . I started working with them 1 week ago, after getting first 3 FTD they said to stop traffic because 'player activity' was fraudulent and they wont pay for it - without any proof.

We promote our site via email marketing for casino bonuses. So there might be players that play live casino games. The thing is they dont provide any details. I dont like this attidute, this means now any one can say - you have fraud traffic we wont pay.

We are buying bulk emails.

So basically your buying stolen databases, or at least email data you do not have permission from the owner of said email(s) to receive marketing, from you etc., etc... Does that sum it up?

lol @roberto88 - compaining your not being paid, yet confirming your "buying bulk emails". I dare say someone made a formal complaint to Neto Partners about your spam.

@roberto88, you did not get paid, because it's Karma. You have also stolen my avatar and posting with it in the same thread here I did. This is the most insane copy action I have seen so far on this forum, admitting, that I did not looked into it for many months.

What spam? what are you talking about?

Really... You admit to buying "bulk emails", which means, you do not have direct, 1'st party permission, from the owners of these email addresses you've purchased. Hence, sending marketing material &/or anything that consitutes commercial advertising, is exactly that, SPAM.

Secondly, you've stolen @Roulette Zeitung avatar.

I mean wtf dude... Clearly you have no concern for anything (illegal or otherwise), other than turning a buck.

At first view i thought Leopold has registered second account under new name. It's just cheeky to use someone else's avatar.

Hey everyone, my name is Yana and I'm part of NetoPartners team.

Our agreement with roberto88 included advertising our brands on his comparison portal and with email marketing from databases he gathered on his own. We have a very strict policy for no spam, it violates our T&Cs and the IO we have signed with the affiliate. At no point in the conversation he mentioned he’s buying the databases from a third party.

This, combined with the abnormal activity the first-time depositors showed in our brands and the patterns we found among them, lead us to the conclusion that traffic is 100% fraud and generated only for the sake of earning quick CPA commission.

Hi Yana,

Thanks for clarifying, what really isn't, that much of mystery, given, the OP admitted to purchasing 3'rd party email databases. No word from @roberto88 since 22'nd Dec 2021, after being called-out.

Maybe this will go as warning to others thinking about following suit. Being dodgy does not pay.

I liked your avatar and I didn't think that I'll offend you in any way by using it. Im sorry.

I did not use these emails to directly promote casinos. Email traffic goes via our website, so we can also track it. THERE WAS NO SPAM!

first of all, you insulted me that I had 100% CPL, even though no registered profile appeared on your dashboard (I tested it with your colleague) and after that you told me that i had fraud traffic. If so, you should send us proof, but no proof was given.
