Looks like Netplay is trying to become a bit more affiliate-friendly. Removal of the inactive affiliate clause is a huge step in the right directions.

TERMS UPDATE, TERMINATION, INACTIVE AFFILIATE

8.4 If you do not deliver one ( 1) new customer registration within a period of three months ( billed months ) we may terminate this agreement immediately by delivery of written notice to you .

Summary:Great step in the right direction, Netplay!

I think this was actually implemented a month or two back but the terms were never actually updated at the time. They've now got Jonathan Thingy (sorry, mate, never was good with names), who used to be affiliate manager at Market Ace (Sun Bingo, JackpotJoy) on board and he's desperately trying to undo the damage of the previous team.

He's good people, so I wish him luck.

This term came into existance on or about December 16th, 2009 ;) I have flushed our system this morning after code finalization occurred for much needed backend changes.

We should get Jonathan Thingy to email me so that we can work them through all necessary changes to have their terms certified here. ;D

The final brain cell has kicked in over here in the snowy wilds of the UK. His name is Jonathan Mann. I can't find an email addy for him right now, but I'm just pleased I could remember his name. Feel free to applaud my failing memory. I'm nearly 40, you know :(

Just in time... I had just forgotten that his last name was Thingy ;) I'm almost 40 too :(
