I've been seeing some weird numbers on some netrefer programs, anyone else seeing this?

For example:

Betfair - commission was zero for a good chunk of the month before coming back at the end
Royal Panda - last month the commission is calculated at about 2% of net rev
32red - commission showing zero for this month so far
Unibet - commission so far this month not at correct %

Anyone aware of any general issues or is this just a really strange coincidence?

NetRefer 2.0 does really suck compared to 1.0, but I've had the least issues with that platform compared to MyAffiliates, IncomeAccess etc. Every time I've seen stats that look sketchy, there's been a way to see what causes it.

RoyalPanda and Unibet - check your deal, and check customer reports. NetRefer knows to calculate using the relevant deal. Meaning that if you had a 35% revshare deal in 2018, all your 2018 customers will continue giving you that 35% revshare. Your new deal could be 50%, and NetRefer will calculate that 50% only on the customers that signed up after the activation date. Customer reports should show you the relevant deal for each customer separately.

IncomeAccess on the other hand I don't trust one bit with remembering old deals, its often impossible to even see in the deal history what you had before the current active one.
