Alpha Affiliates will change their payments terms for partners as of February 1, 2020:

Epayments - Free
Bank Transfer - 50 EUR
BTC - 2%
WMZ - 2%
Visa / MasterCard - 3%
PayPal - 2%
Skrill - 2%
Neteller - 2%
Yandex - 2%
Qiwi - 2%

This is a ridiculous new trend. They want to charge their advertisers a fee to pay them.
