I'm sure the T&Cs have changed heavily! Like these terms - welcome to 5% rev share!

At any time where 3 calendar months have passed without the Affiliate directing any Customers to the Operator’s Sites, the default Revenue Reward set out in the table above and any other Revenue Reward agreed by the parties in writing at any time shall no longer apply and instead shall be set at 5% of all Online Gaming Products and Sportsbook.

Also their Vegas rev share is only 10%. New affiliates get 30% rev share for 3 months and then 20%! Seems William Hill's pockets aren't as deep as they used to be. Perhaps they've realised they've spent a LOT of cash on the UK market over the past 2 years and haven't really got anywhere compared to the big guys.

Can AGD do a review of the T&Cs and alert of the changes?

Yes, that is a new term. I received the alert yesterday and am going through the changes. It is somewhat of a pain considering the fact that the terms are re-written quite a bit.

Mmmm, tempting!

They were saying on GPWA that it's because they want all affiliates to negotiate deals... which is one of the reasons I don't work with them - if the baseline deal is crap, I'm not going near it.

Yes, if you go speak to them at BAC or LAC they'll offer you whatever deal you want practically. However, custom deals done on an individual basis are easy to revoke, and this is how they work. You might get 40% rev share, but you have no contract to firm that up, and all you have to go on is a 10 minute discussion with an affiliate manager.

Whether an affiliate generates them $1 of revenue or $10000 of revenue I see no point why they should provide different deals. Afterall, it's all incremental revenue for their company, and this sort of business model just makes them look shady and below ground and non-transparent.

Keen to see AGD's final summation of the T&Cs changes. It's good that AGD keeps hold of old T&C versions as I doubt the old system T&Cs are available to affiliates.

This behaviour just makes this company look even more shady than it's reputation already is when you look across the affiliate forums.
