New iGaming Legislation for Lithuania

The legalization of online gaming activities in Lithuania started back in 2016. Licensed operators had to fulfill a wide range of requirements to obtain a license, on of them was to open and sustain a physical establishment within its territory. Reportedly, with the new legislation, this will not be required for the operators who apply for the license.
